Chelsea Jordan-Makely is the Public Services Librarian at Squamish Public Library and a firm believer that diligent, continual library assessment is essential to the success of any library system. She has worked in libraries in Tanzania, South Africa, the U.S. and Canada, and has led library research projects as a fellow at the Library Research Service and as a consultant for the Pacific University Library in Oregon. Chelsea earned her MLIS in 2012 from the University of Denver and was a recipient of the Librarian Education and Diversity Scholarship. Outside of Library Land, Chelsea enjoys mountain biking, yoga, cooking and baking, and snuggling with a lazy tabby cat named Stokely.
