Tara O'Coffey is the Assistant Manager of Community Digital Initiatives & eLearning at Vancouver Public Library. Tara worked with the project's community partner and managed the West End Stories project from inception to conclusion. She has worked for VPL for 14 years in a variety of roles and locations.
